One would be hard pressed to find a nicer, more talented person than the owner of Artistic Touch, Theresa Vitolo. Theresa is a fabulous hairdresser and colorist who can work magic on both men's and women's hair. My husband and I have been going to her for years and we love her for her outstanding abilities and for her loving heart.!!! I hope she never decides to move to a Manhattan salon!
